Non-Profit Organizations - Minimum $100.00
includes use of the kitchen, as well as coffee, tea, creamers and sugars.
Renters MUST set up and take down, unless prior arrangements are made. All kitchen items are to be cleaned and put away. Linens are to be cleaned and returned to the Center within 24 hours. All garbage must be taken away.
Other Organizations - $125.00
includes use of the kitchen. Renter must supply own coffee, tea, creamers and sugar.

We do not rent to political organizations.

NO caskets or vessels are permitted. Photographs are encouraged and appropriate.
All expenses incurred for these functions are the responsibility of the Renter.

Must set up and take down tables and chairs, unless prior arrangements are made at time of booking. All kitchen items are to be cleaned and put away. Linens are to be in a clean state. Turn off all coffee urns and unplug kettles. Garbage must be taken away and disposed of elsewhere. All doors to be locked, lights off and key returned.

Activities must be completed, and premises vacated, by 11:00pm.
Person making the application assumes all liabilities associated with the rental of Keremeos Seniors Activity Center
CRAFT / GARAGE SALES
SPECIAL EVENTS
During the year we hold garage sales and craft sales for members. Table rental is only $10.00.
During the year we hold pot lucks, hot dog sales, soup & a bun day, and twice a month we have lunches, with a different food choice each time.
Prices for all our special events are always very reasonable.
